I joined the Chamber in 2019, relatively early into my career and time at Stevens and Carter Estate Agents. I didn’t know what to expect but found myself amongst similarly minded, striving business personalities and soon felt a part of a community. Chamber membership has helped build connections through networking in and around Hailsham and has led to increased opportunities both professionally and personally.
Sam Beale
Sales Director, Stevens & Carter
Being a member of the Hailsham & District Chamber of Commerce has been an incredible experience. I truly appreciate being part of such a supportive and likeminded business community.
The Chamber has not only given me the opportunity to connect with a diverse range of local businesses but has also played a massive role in building up my confidence in public speaking and presenting.
I’m grateful to be part of such a fantastic community and highly recommend joining to anyone looking to expand their connections and develop their skills.

Over the past few years I have attended a large number of networking events, and I can say hand on heart that Hailsham Chamber has been the most welcoming and enjoyable of them all, with a vast array of business types, sizes and experiences.
The meetings & events really do foster a spirit of community and I have met some really lovely people.
Chamber has also helped my confidence and expended my professional and personal network.
